QUADRUPLE IPA
GARDEN OF THE GODS – QIPA 12% | Draft
Saturated with Motueka, Nelson, NZ Cascade, and Citra hops. Label design by Matt Baker inspired by the story below.
The Garden of the Gods was a farm in Wall Township created by Civil War Veteran and founder of the Asbury Park Press, Dr. Hugh S. Kinmouth in the 1890s. The only current remains are two brick pillars that were the start of the driveway. You can see them around the corner of Brighton Ave and Marconi Road. During WW2 the property was purchased and used to house radar staff. The barracks were then converted to G.I. family apartments in which many Wall Township families got their start. It was known as Diaperville as the clotheslines between buildings were filled with diapers. Story credit to Fred Carl.
