"Empanada Guy is one of the fastest growing gourmet food trucks and restaurants in the United States. We specialize in empanadas and other traditional Latin dishes. Today, our red trucks can be seen at events all over New Jersey, where the business began in 2012.

An empanada is a fried or baked turnover in the shape of a half-moon made with flour dough or corn flour dough. You can stuff them with any number of things. We make ours in various flavors: Beef, Chicken, Cheese, Mexican Chorizo, Lobster, Crab, Vegetable, Ham & Cheese, Guava & Cheese, Pulled Pork, Bacon Potato & Cheese, and Apple Cinnamon, and then enclose them in flour dough."
